“Otoño” (Autumn), my new single, is a melancholic and nostalgic waltz for piano that I composed during a difficult period of illness. The piece is intimate and contemplative and it reflects that inner autumn in which we get rid of what is left over, of what is not part of us. Autumn is the moment of change, the beginning of inner renewal, of the search of our true paths. In the place I leave behind, autumn begins. In the place where I now settle, spring begins. This music is the metaphor of change.
